Theo is great! He walked me through the repair to make sure I understand what is happening and why. He is very professional and is there to get you taken care of. Would recommend him for all your needs. ADDITION- I also had Courtesy Flush redo my kitchen. I have attached a before and after, the pictures speak for themselves. Thank you!

Theo is the best! He went above and beyond to make sure our new dishwasher was installed quickly, despite several bumps in the road (unforeseen plumbing issues and a broken door on the new appliance). He thinks through each issue thoroughly to make sure the work is done properly. We will definitely call Theo for future projects! River was also very helpful and got us on the schedule promptly. Thank you again!

Had an active leak and Courtesy Flush was there within 20 minutes. Great service, professional, and the price was very fair for the work performed. I plan on using them for all future plumbing needs

Had an appointment scheduled, message him the day before to ask for a time frame, no response, messaged him the day of the appointment and finally got a response he said he forgot so we rescheduled for another appointment , texted the day before the appointment no response.
